I would give zero stars if I could. On October 23,2024 we entered into contract with west coast (also known as Aloha food trucks) for a food trailer that was already built in their shop just needed finishing. We put $10,000 down and was promised delivery no later than July 2025. As of this date (5/20/26) the trailer has not been delivered and the owners will not respond to calls or messages. The last contact was discussed if either delivery of trailer if refund down payment. The response given by owner was “I will gladly refund your money” then nothing in the last month. Do not do business with these people . Very very poor communication and terrible business ethics. This is now going to court to get the money back

These guys are great to work with! Quick response, and listened to all the little specific requests for our trailer. Financing direct was such a smooth & east process. They customized the perfect floor plan, and started pumping it out! Progress photos and updates were given to me throughout the project.
