Probably the most friendly and accomodating staff I've experienced at a food truck. The only vegan option was to get the loaded fries without meat or cheese, but they definitely did not short you on the peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The dish was delish and we really appreciated the staff taking the time to let us vegans know what we could order and still get the best bang for our buck.

Service is extremely slow. Was told 15 minutes wait for orders. Took 45 minutes. One person taking orders and apparently one person cooking. Price $16 for a Philly Cheese Steak. Taste plain.

Amazing cheese steaks and hot dogs. The fries were hot and delicious. All food was made fresh. Great addition to Memphis food truck scene and we will be back!

Great really great truck. Lovingly made awesome Chi dog, perfectly stacked cheese steak fries and a solid Philly on good bread. Re: service, no notes, change nothing. This is a clean well run outfit that fed us like they liked us.
