We used The Food Dude Catering & Food Truck Company for our wedding and truly could not have asked for a better experience. Patrick was our main contact throughout the process and from the very beginning he was proactive, responsive, flexible, and incredibly reassuring. Strangely enough, we actually booked without ever doing a tasting, which honestly felt a little scary at first when making such a huge decision for our wedding. But Patrick inspired so much confidence along the way that we trusted him completely, and wow, he exceeded every expectation we had. Any changes we wanted to make were accommodated so graciously, including dietary considerations and adjustments throughout planning. He really acted as an expert guide for us during the process while still making sure the wedding felt personal to our vision. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal. We did multiple stations plus appetizers for a shortened cocktail hour, and every single part was incredible. The taco station with both street-style and classic tacos was a massive hit with guests. The steak from the that taco station was honestly one of the best I have ever had in my life on a taco. Tender, juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned and cooked. I caught my new husband doing a “happy dance” while eating his specially requested street tacos. The chef-attended pasta station was such a fun experience because guests got to customize their own pasta dishes and the kids got the Mac n cheese they wanted. The meat carving station also received amazing feedback all night long. The cowboy butter was so savory and the chimichurri was so fresh. We never ran out of food, everything stayed stocked beautifully, and the presentation was gorgeous. Patrick and his team decorated the catering areas with greenery, candles and thoughtful styling that blended seamlessly into our candlelit reception aesthetic, which meant I never had to stress about those spaces feeling disconnected from the rest of the room. One of the things I appreciated most was how calm and capable Patrick was throughout the entire wedding day. There were a few unexpected logistical things that came up, including more people being present in the space than anticipated, but he simply adjusted and problem solved quietly behind the scenes without bringing stress or chaos to us. That kind of professionalism is priceless on a wedding day. His staff was also wonderful to our guests all evening and did an amazing job bussing tables and helping manage rental cleanup so everything stayed smooth for both us and our rental company pickup later that night. Food is such a huge part of a wedding experience, and The Food Dude team absolutely delivered in every possible way. We went into this with high hopes, but without ever having done a tasting, we really did not know what to expect. Somehow they still managed to exceed everything we imagined. We are so grateful and cannot recommend them enough.

We had an easy and seamless experience with The Food Dude from start to finish! It was so simple to schedule a tasting and book with them. All of their food at the tasting was delicious and completely surpassed my expectations. Based off the tasting, I was confident that anything on the menu would taste good. Our food was A HIT at our wedding. Everyone was complementing the food, which is always a good feeling. Their prices were the most affordable in the area. It felt like a STEAL with the quality of the food. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an amazing experience working with The Food Dude for our wedding at Olde Wicks Factory in April. From the very beginning, Patrick and his team were professional, attentive, and incredibly easy to work with. Our tasting experience was excellent, and Patrick took the time to answer every question we had. We were especially impressed by the quality and presentation of everything — from the elegant setup to the real dinnerware and silverware, which gave our reception such an upscale feel. We were so pleased after the tasting that we booked with them immediately. Leading up to the wedding, Patrick stayed in contact and was always available to help with any last-minute questions or details. On the wedding day, everything was perfectly organized and beautifully presented. The staff looked professional, the setup was stunning, and the food exceeded all expectations. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible the food was. The appetizers were a huge hit, especially the Singapore chicken bites — absolutely delicious and highly recommended! We also appreciated how thoughtfully the team boxed up leftovers for us at the end of the night, making the entire experience stress-free. We highly recommend The Food Dude for any event. Their exceptional food, beautiful presentation, professionalism, and genuinely caring team made our wedding day even more special.

The Food Dude catered my backyard wedding reception a couple years ago, and did an absolutely fantastic job! The owner was so easy to work with and helped us decide exact quantities of food needed for the amount of people we were expecting (around 60). He was very accommodating to our requests! The food was absolutely amazing — I had so many guests compliment how delicious everything was. His team came and set everything up and brought all the necessary equipment needed. They were truly outstanding to work with. Highly recommend for any food catering needs!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely incredible!! The Food Dude & his team went above & beyond to ensure our wedding was just how we wanted it!!! He was SO easy to communicate with and was so kind!!! Out of all of my vendors he was the absolute best about getting back with me when I had any questions!! I could tell he truly cared about us and our big day! The setup?!?! STUNNING!!!! And THE FOOD!!! TO DIE FOR!!!! I mean everything was so delicious! I was sad when I ran out of leftovers after the wedding! I have had more people than I can count tell me how amazing the food was and how it was the best wedding food they had ever had!! If we were to get married 100 times, I would choose The Food Dude to cater every single time!! Thank you for everything! You guys are the best!
