Fantastic food truck! I’ve eaten there a couple times and the food was great! The service is very friendly and I don’t know any other place you can get a jambalaya and crawfish burrito. Highly recommend the Beau’s Burrito!

The Good Stuffed Food Truck has excellent food and service!!! They started out coming to St. Tammany Glass on Collins in Covington. Since then they have been everywhere and selling out. The owner is very friendly and is always willing to accommodate special requests!!! We love their food. Unfortunately they’re not able to come back to STG because they’re always booked at other locations but I don’t hesitate to drive to them if they’re close by!! Go try them out. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!

I've eaten at the Good Stuffed Food Truck several times and have been very impressed with the quality of the food. I have had the stuffed potatoes, the nachos, Beau's burrito and today had Jeff's burrito. Every one has been delicious. I highly recommend giving the Good Stuffed Food Truck a try.

My wife and I have gone to The Good Stuffed Food Truck on several occasions. We have tried several different menu items and they all were very good. The wonderful taste and flavor, reasonable prices, and variety of menu items are all an unbeatable combination. Like their Facebook page, and you will know where the food truck is each week. If you haven't tried The Good Stuffed Food Truck, you're missing out. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars.
