You would never believe these dishes are from a food truck. The chorizo lasagna tastes like an expensive dish you would get at a fancy Italian-chef-restaurant downtown. You can tell the owner cares about his product and reputation. Friendly people, fair pricing, tasty food. What more can you ask for?

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but, the lasagna is better than my ex-MIL’s lasagna passed down from the Albino family. The chicken spaghetti is also delicious! Hands down, my fave food truck!

Better than any Italian restaurant around. We love everything on the menu, but could eat the Chorizo and Chicken Spaghetti every day! Also, we love the fact that we are supporting a Veteran. Definitely stop if you see this truck, you won't regret it!
