Finding Filipino food is hard to come across. And it's hard to find one that is perfect and delicious. And I enjoyed this food truck in the past it made me happy to get lumpia at events. But you need to cook the lumpia longer I have experienced them not being cooked long enough. Pink inside. There was a time that there was Siopao and I was excited because I haven't had one in forever. But again cook it longer raw pork again it was cooked but it wasn't cooked long enough. I stopped going to this food truck because after 2 times getting things not cooked long enough. I didn't want to get food poisoning from eating raw pork.

I just had the best fried rice with chicken and veggie eggroll at The Harrison Apartments in Louisville. They sponsered Bamba Eggroll Co. for their residents, and it was absoultely delicious!!! The flavors were amazing and the portion was very good. The food was the perfect hot temperature when served, too! They were so prepared for the crowd and the service was super fast! Definitely will be following this truck's schedule!!

This food truck visited my job, and I'm so glad they did! I ordered the veggie, steak, and crab rangoon spring rolls. I also ordered the chicken lumpia caldereta style. Everything was flavorful and delicious! My only suggestion is to order your rice on the side. The caldereta style is when they pour this tomato base stew with peppers, potatoes, and peas over the chicken and the rice. It was so good, but the rice soaked it all up!

Tried Bamba Eggroll Co for the first time today at the Louisville Convention Center and really enjoyed it! We tried to wait for lunch until the lines shortened but the people just kept coming. By the time we got down to the truck, many of the menu items were sold out which was a bummer but was due to us waiting until later in the afternoon to eat. Service was quick and very friendly. I tried 2 of the vegetable lumpia (eggroll) and they were great! A friend tried the buffalo chicken and crab rangoon lumpias also and was very impressed. I also tried the veggie caldera stew and it was a great way to warm up on such a cold day. The stew was seasoned well and had a great variety of vegetables in it. Everything I got was only $8 and it filled me up- which isn’t bad at all for a food truck in downtown Louisville. I wish we would have gotten in line early so we could have tried more menu items since everything I had was great.

Noodle bowl with veggies was wayyyy too salty. Eggplant was not edible. Banana egg roll was pulled out of the freezer before my eyes..making the banana mush when they deep fried it to reheat... Not fresh at ALL. 😔 Order almost $50 worth of food and had to ask for all the items.. the cashier tried to short us, but finally did serve all the items once we asked.. I thought she was going to charge us again but she didn't thank heavens.. one item came without toppings. Sad to see we did not have as good of food as others who've had this truck.
