Definitely one of the best hot chicken I ever had. They make it fresh to order - i liked both spice levels that are between least and high! Although the medium is too spicy for me, I enjoyed the kick out of it! The people working here are very courteous and treat the customers well! Will definitely revisit when I come to LA

The place was nice. A little old school rustic vibe. The food was pretty good, serve in big portions. Their Shaw burger was good. Full chicken breast meat in crunchy breading in a brioche bread. Their fries was pretty generic with seasoning. Food was okay. You could get the same thing in other places for a cheaper price in my opinion. Was not a big fan of their customer service. The lady who served my meal seemed apathetic. Felt like they didn't acknowledge I was there... but instead they entertained the other customers 2 booths behind me a number of times. It was different compared to my first time here ( they were nice and engaging) The parking is a lot since it is near the mall.

Wow! What an amazing establishment, we were greeted and welcomed warmly as soon as we walked in. The chicken is amazing, very flavorful and not dry for once! The fried fish(swai) has to be the best fried fish I have ever tasted. It is perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked. The Cali love heat level is perfect for those who cannot stand high spice levels and still want a little kick, the Music city medium is no joke. The wings were sold out, breast and literally the order before us bought the last of the leg quarters, a place normally only sells out because they are just that good and this place is no exception. We will definitely return to this place and hopefully sooner than later. Thank you!

The service was great and the employees were knowledgeable about the food. They really get into the theme of Nashville fried chicken. We got to try the medium spicy level which was tolerable for someone who really likes spicy, but my wife couldn't handle it. I ordered the fried fish sandwich with medium spice and she ordered the fried chicken sandwich. I really enjoyed the fish, perfect spice, perfect flavor and crunch. My wife found that her chicken sandwich was a bit dry. We enjoyed the french fries, baked beans trio and kaleslaw, though the mac and cheese was just okay. We ordered carry-out during "shelter in place" and the wait was longer than expected. We will be coming back to try the spiciest level. We are also curious to return to see how the speed of service is during the in person experience.

Chicken sandwich was very dry. Catfish sandwich was good but way too greasy. Mac and cheese was not bad -- it had some oregano or some kind of herb to make it different. The pasta in the mac and cheese was very soft so don't get it if you're not into that. As for spice level it all depends on your own tolerance. They let you sample Music City Medium, so make sure to do that first! Bte the service is excellent! Super sweet and friendly staff.
