Ok, this one is all my preference. The wife doesn't really go for shellfish or Cajun/Creole. I get so excited when I hear these guys are serving food. I've had them twice now and it's definitely top five favorite kind of food I've ever had. I had the crayfish and chicken each time and can't quite describe how good it tastes. This time I got there late and they were almost out of my favorite dish. The photo does not do justice for how yummy and fulfilling the dish is. You have to try it. I'm now following them on social media to know when they are serving. Cheers. Delicious food that satisfies the soul served here.

Amazing food!! Gumbo and Cheesy Crawfish Etouffee from a little pop-up location as they try to get established. Food was hot and well seasoned. The owner was awesome to talk to. Good price for great food. Hope they have a food truck soon!!
