Taco truck was in our neighborhood today, heard really good things about Muchachos food, however, when we purchased 2 chips and queso (we were given chips of course and two small cups of queso) and then of course the nacho w/protein assuming it's the "hatch nacho" with the avocado crema, the order came out to $30 bucks. Not sure what cost extra to make it that much but goodness gracious blew my mind, told my husband next time look for the menu and prices and always ask for a receipt. BUT the grilled chicken was good though possibly grilled with charcoal (that's the best instead of propane) so I gave it 3 stars.

Ordered two burritos. Pros: The burritos were very large. I was happy to see that we at least got a lot of food for how much everything cost. The food came out quickly and was still hot. Cons: The rice in the burritos - it was goopy, which was a really unpleasant pairing with the dry meat. Both burritos had 'the works', which is supposed to be their two salsas and a crema, but I was expecting to have a lot more flavor than what we got. Maybe the tacos and their mac would've been better, or maybe we came on a bad day, but either way I was ultimately let down by our meal, especially for how much it cost compared to other options in town. $40+ for two burritos, no drink.

95% Disappointment. Other than the large portion size, I see this as a huge letdown. Maybe I overhyped the experience, but the food was cold, lacking flavor, and the order was incomplete. Ordered the hatch burrito with sauce and the 3b? They were out of chicken, and chorizo, so the 3b got subbed for tacos, as requested, but no price difference was initiated. I really wanted this to be good. Edited**** Owner reached out and we discussed the visit. They are crediting the B3 completely!! Customer service and scores are changed. Looking forward to to giving it another try!

Ok…so many of my friends have told me to go here and I kept forgetting! Well I was finally able to make it and SO happy that I did!!! The staff was super friendly and patient and very help with my questions that I had! I love the inside with the art work and just felt comfortable going in! The food came out fast! I took the order to go and when I opened the brisket Mac and cheese…Wow! Looked amazing and large portion! The smoke brisket was amazing and my daughter and partner loved it! My burrito was just as amazing! Love the chicken! Mmmmmm! So glad we finally made it down!! I know we will be back!!! You should check it out too!!! Yummy!!!

The food was magnificent as usual! You have to give this place a try! My favorite is the Hatch Mac Burrito with brisket! The brisket and mac combination is fire! They offer optional coleslaw and a variety of salsas to add to your burrito. If you are unsure, they will put them on the side. Their burritos are huge! If you are a meat lover, I recommend trying the Pipeline. That thing is huge! It's packed with brisket, pork, chicken, rice and beans. It's also delicious! It is always a treat eating here! I hope you give it a try for yourself!
