If you want to try the best tacos in Lexington, then you need to hit JP’s up immediately! When I say the best tacos, I’m not kidding, they’re the BEST! The prices are good, service is great and the location is convenient. GO! NOW!

Most expensive truck ive came across. Came back tonight to try again. I had the Quesaberria Tacos. Presentation was amazing. However it lacks flavor. The meat just tastes like a slow cooked meat with no seasoning in it whatsoever. Each taco had two corn quesadillas, all soggy. For 18$ I expected this to taste much better.

By far the best birria tacos I have ever had! The food is so delicious here and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't wait to return with my daughters. I did also have the street corn and it was perfect.

Jp’s was great. The food was a bit pricey for your standard Mexican food truck but what you got for the price made up for it. The food tasted amazing and was seasoned very well. The portion sizes were up to my standard and it left you wanting to try more off the menu if not for being so full. The next time I’m in Lexington I will be trying Jp’s again. Also, bonus points for the covered extension with tables and chairs connected to the food truck.

OK, I'm new to JP's Food Truck Taqueria. What I can tell you is the flavor is out of this world delicious. When you can smell it before you even get close, that tells you all you need to know. This is NOT your average food truck. No, you won't be standing out in the elements(something I hate about food trucks, in general). At JP's there is a tent/enclosure. You won't be standing in line either. Before you think they aren't a busy establishment(i.e. zero customers), let me say this, they are very efficient, in all that they do. We haven't gotten a 'bad' order yet. The food is reasonable. The staff is very friendly. They can modify your order to suit your taste(i.e. low salt, extra spicy, etc). They have a huge menu. There is something for everybody to enjoy. You get a lot for what you pay for. Everything looks and is fresh. The food is so good, I cry when I take the last bite. So if you're out and about and on Leestown Road, go check them out. You won't regret it!
