Our first visit. Absolutely the best Mexican food since we left Texas almost 2 years ago. Everything we ordered was delicious! Queso, chips, salsa Rojas, salsa tomatillo, salsa jalapeño were all delicious. The enchilada sauce tasted like your Mexican abuela made it! Pork enchiladas plate was top shelf! My Carne Asada was wonderful! Black beans, rice, and pico de gallo were all very good! We found our new favorite restaurant!!!

Absolutely delicious and authentic. My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. You will not regret eating here. Go on a Friday so you can try the mole. Seriously so good. I had not eaten authentic mole since I leaving Mexico 25 years ago. This was my before and after 😋

I went here with some friends and I was pretty impressed with the over all quality of food, service and atmosphere. The owners were very interactive with us telling us about their restaurant and how they started their business. They also gave us some pretty decent recommendations when it came to their menu items. I am not going to lie it was a little bit more on the expensive side but believe me when I say this was some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Lee summit hands down so it was absolutely worth every penny. I would have given them 5 stars but the food truck isn’t always open at convenient times and the horchata was a little weak when it came to flavor but everything else about this little truck is outstanding. Please come support them!

My wife and I have eaten here a few different times, but I am just now getting around to posting. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, definitely give this food truck a try. They offer made from scratch authentic recipes from Mexico, and their food is delicious! This time, we had their combo that included a cheese quesadilla, a tamale, and a chicken enchilada. All combos come with rice and black beans. We also got a taco platter which is your choice of 4 tacos (chicken, carnitas, pastor, or asada). We also got chips and salsa and their home made tres leches cake. All delicious! Please visit this local food truck!
