This was our favorite food truck on the island we tried! We had the garlic shrimp and the garlic shrimp & pork ribs combo. Amazing flavor and portions! The parking lot of the motel felt a little sketch, but we ended up at the marina near the Banyan Court anyway.

This food truck was our favorite! The garlic shrimp is fantastic! Only con, if you don't like peeling your shrimp, it may not be for you. Even better? Their Kalbi (Hawaiian pork ribs) we're divine. We're wishing we'd had the time to return for more.

There were some good things about this place. The portions were large and the food was pretty good. We got Fish and Chips and Garlic Shrimp with Mac Salad and rice. Once we ordered we were told there was no mac salad, which was one of the main reasons we came a decent drive away to this place. We also tried to order two other dishes that weren’t available in the beginning/but still on the menu written on the front of the truck. Hurricane chicken was one. The price wasn’t reduced even when the Mac salad wasn’t included. They gave us more rice with no sauce/too much rice. We asked for a sauce for the rice but was told they didn’t have any of that either. The girl working the window didn’t seem interested in any niceties or being helpful. We probably won’t be going back or recommending this place. Also, we had small children but the only out house available was for workers only and so we couldn’t use it while we stayed to dine at the picnic tables. This was hard with small children who needed to use it.

Awesome food. Hubby had pork belly and lots of it. Mac salad is the best I have ever had. Fried shrimp was awesome. Breading was light and didn't over power shrimp or have that heavy taste. Not sure how they did the fries but they were light and full of flavor. Definitely worth doing again..thank you
