It’s been awhile that I’m looking for cracklings in Houston and never found one. For my joy now I have my to go place whenever that crackling crave hit me. The boudin ball are very tasty. The owner is a very nice and communicative person. I’ll Definitely coming back.

Came here for one thing only, Cracklins. They did not disapoint. Really worth it, great taste, even without the seasonings. The address is misleading as the setup is on the corner at the intersection of Morton and Fry.

This by far one of the best fresh food trucks I’ve seen in Katy! Now he is frying chicken and when I tell you it’s fresh and tasty. The photos are the after effect! Also boudin balls are made when order!! His service and customer service makes it worth the drive and price.

This place is incredible and the owner Marvin is an absolute gem. I he's got this loving father vibe that I really connected with. He's retired and living his best life. Come support this incredible man and his amazing food! These are the best, freshest cracklin's I've ever had, and if you don't eat pork no problem. Marvin's also serving up home made Boudin balls, home made tartar sauce, fish, shrimp, wings, fried rice and more!!! If you like cracklin's, Cajun food, or seafood this is THE place to come!!! He also fries all of his food in peanut oil so be aware if you have a peanut allergy.
