Definitely delicious Mexican food. Don’t let the food truck turn you away I’d put their quality against restaurants. Their burritos were average size but packed full of flavor. Their quesadillas were great. Their prices were fair and service was fast. Overall if you looking for a tasty meal this is definitely a place to check out.

I love this taco truck and highly recommend! I live in Tonganoxie Kansas and I have got specifically to find this taco truck prior to this permanent location. Their tacos are the closet thing to Mexico and I have been there multiple times. I ALWAYS recommend this truck to anyone. They are so very kind and wonderful and the tacos are phenomenal! We also LOVE the Tres Leches cake. Top notch for sure! Don't miss out! You will most definitely regret it if you don't check it out! The owner is very kind and wonderful and had put alot into upgrading the area and the amenities they offer rather than just walk up they had seating and a nice comfortable atmosphere. Check them out.

Enjoyed everything about Miranda's! Food was delicious, the outdoor seating was clean and the fans kept it comfortable on this hot summer day. The owners were really kind and chatted with us. We will definitely be back!

Luis will be a life long friend. Amazing food the owner was hands on and great. I had steak tacos rice beans the food was 10 of 10! Family atmosphere famous taste in food. I will plan my next visit with time to eat again here.

Hands down best top 3 tacos in Kansas City! The food was out to us very quickly, and I had a food orgasm in my mouth with the very first bite. This was our first time here, but it definitely will not be our last!
