One of my favorite meals is pork belly. So I decided to try this Food Truck. I may be a fussy person when it comes to Food trucks but I always look at the appearance of their trucks. My friends laugh at me. But a college professor in one of my business classes said presentation is everything. How you present your business beginning with the outside to the inside will make it or break it. The person who can do that is on the course of success. The person who only goes halfway their success is iffy. I thought those were harsh words but that professors words and is a measuring scale for me. Thus, when I saw this truck they had presentation. I bought their pork belly mini plate. It was great. Even the plate had presentation. And with that I will be back for another pork belly when I see their truck. My professor would have given them a A plus!!! So glad I spotted this truck.
