Incredible in every way. Had the Big Blue Maui burger. The blend of flavors in the burger was like nothing I’ve ever had before. Savory, aromatic, juicy, just beautiful and unique. The garlic fries were crispy; seriously a perfect meal. Dino is an artist and an absolute joy to interact with. He makes everything from his sauces to his bread. Make this your first meal on the island, you won’t regret it.

Food is AMAZING and Dino is so friendly. My husband loved the burger (he normally isn't a fan of blue cheese but Dino's is homemade and totally changed his mind. Fish and chips were fresh and outstanding. We will definitely be back! Update: we returned on our recent trip to Maui and Dino's was our first stop when we landed and last stop before returning to the airport to go home. Both meals were equally as wonderful as the first time and we cant wait for future trips!!

Incredible! Layers of flavor and flavor in every layer. Seriously amazing burger that was perfect in every bite. You can tell the love that was put into not only developing this as a menu item, but directly into the very one he made for me on the spot. This burger every element home made and you can truly tell. Come check out this spot and may God bless him in this new year. Also the service is impeccable. Friendly, kind, and funny. Made the whole experience great! Mahalo nui!

Dino’s Gourmet Food Truck absolutely blew me away. I ordered the Greek salad and—no exaggeration—it was the best Greek salad I’ve ever had. Fresh, crisp veggies, perfectly seasoned, and so balanced it felt both indulgent and light at the same time. You can tell everything is made with intention, not just thrown together. And the fries? Unreal. Hot, crispy, golden, and impossible to stop eating. The kind of fries you keep reaching for even when you swear you’re full. If you’re in Hawaii and want food that tastes homemade, high-quality, and genuinely memorable, Dino’s is a must. This is one of those food trucks you’ll still be thinking about long after the trip is over.

I stopped by Dino’s Gourmet Burger food truck shortly after arriving in Maui, looking for a quick bite on my way to the hotel. The owner used a bit of persuasion (similar to what I’ve seen in Greece or Turkey with street vendors), and I decided to give it a try since the truck had once been featured in NYT. I ordered the “Maui Big Blue Burger.” It took about 6–8 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing: • The fries were not fresh. • The “fresh” bun tasted stale and had an overwhelming flavor of turmeric that took away from the burger. • The patty itself was tasty, but it was small compared to expectations. While I wanted to give this spot a fair chance, I can’t recommend it. I hope the owner focuses more on consistency and quality rather than just convincing tourists to stop by. Maui has too many great food options to settle for less.
