AMAZING FOOD!!! Seasoned perfectly. We had the Carnitas Tacos and the Fajita Burrito. In a sea of Latin food trucks, this is truly a stand out and deserves to be at the top of everyone’s list if you’re looking for traditional Latin food with a fresh twist. Do not miss the opportunity to stop and check out this place. Nestled at Velkommen Square in Junction City, this a well deserved respite in the option of wanting a night out for dinner or a relaxing lunch on the weekend.

My partner and I got some tacos for dinner last night, and they were some of the best I've had in Oregon. The mango salsa and queso tacos were amazing. The service was great. The woman working the front had just gotten back from Mexico the night before and was there cooking up some amazing food the next day! All around 10/10

Ok people, this is one of the best freshest tacos I have had in a while. Every ingredient was fresh and full of taste. The host was super friendly and food was just amazing, would highly recommend.

Being from Cali it’s hard to find good Mexican food to compare. Hands down, best Carne Asada Burrito I’ve had in Oregon. One of the best burritos I’ve had period. I was able to park my truck and container chassis in the lot right across the street too!

We were in town for the chess tournament, and was recommended by the local to look for “THE blue taco truck “ and there we went looking . We went back twice in few hours this is how good they are ! Very well balanced : color , texture and taste . You can tell the owner really cook with passion and use the best ingredients to feed our soul ( okie , our tummy :) lucky for those who live in Junction city / Eugene !!!! We hope to come back again to support even if it means 4 hours drive !!! . Thank you so much for the absolute yumminess today!!!
