Was passing through and drove across town to try the barbecue. They were out of brisket so I tried the pork sandwich. Not much flavor. Kind of dry. The smoke flavor tasted like fake smoke. Left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. No smoker on site. Not sure if he smokes it somewhere else and brings it in. Just not that great. Definitely not worth the drive across town.

The regular bbq pork sandwich was huge, the pork had a nice smoky flavor, and did not even need sauce! Best I’ve had!

Stopped by this barbecue food truck and was pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered a regular, brisket sandwich and it was honestly some of the best brisket I have had in this area. The BBQ in this area is dominated by pork items so good, beef barbecue is rare. The only knock I could give this place is the menu seems limited but it makes sense given it is a food truck. I liked it and I will be back.
