Good food truck. Good hours. And they let a gringo try out some decade old Spanish to order la comida y vebida.

Food is delicious. They need to add prices on outside menu..I swear every time I go there I get the same thing and prices is different depending on who is at the window. The music is extremely loud some times.

Born and raised in Daygo (San Diego), literally raised on Mexican food. This ain’t hittin’. Who puts Velveeta cheese on a Carne Asada aka steak nacho? It truly reminded me of a movie theatre nacho, it’s only a supreme because of the sprinkle of pico de gallo and steak. We saw a nacho online with shredded cheese, which is why we came and had no idea we had to request that instead of the cheese whiz. I’m really sad. We were hyped. The only thing that was good was the service.

Found this spot about a year ago fed up with Qdoba, whe they released shrimp and steak on their menu. Haven't been back to a chain spot since. The food here is generous and the owners are friendly, courteous, and will make or add whatever asked for. Absolutely love that it's close to work, easy spot to get to ahe leaving work. Have even driven back down later in the evening to sit outside and enjoy a meal. Top notch spot🤙🏽

What I enjoy in a steak burrito is good steak In pretty much every bite, a changing and interesting texture between the protein, the Ben’s and the rice, a sauce or sour cream to bring everything together. That is the exactly the way you will experience the steak burrito at El Tuscan Food Truck. After you pull off the roadway (be careful of heavy traffic and big trucks) you’ll find a cozy spot to place your order and wait the five or so minutes for your food to arrive fresh and hot. There are tables there for outside dining options when the weather is nice. My burrito was served in a sturdy container with a side of chips and tomatillo salsa. A nice little side! The chips were as fresh as could be and the salsa was tasty. $14 for lunch and a soda, but better value than the places nearby and certainly better than the big chains. This is a very nice small business type place to eat.
