I waited a few days before writing a review and I am still a bit short of words. I learned a few years ago search for food trucks when traveling and the KC trip that lesson really paid off. First, it's in a nice and safe part of town. I went to a few other few trucks while I was in town and this is the only one I would return too. I didn't feel like homeless people were going to knock on my window or potentially get robbed. Windows down, music on, burger in hand. Atmosphere was solid. I didn't see anyone at the window so I was prepared for it to be awkward, but as soon as I got close I was greeted with an energetic hello. I got the regular/classic I believe. It comes with 2 patties literally OVER the bun - everything on it with fries and (pro tip: rascal sauce on the side). I was surprised at how much food it was for only $13. I couldnt finish my fries and was so full after the burger. I have attempted to find comparisons (Five Guys, In and Out, Shake Shack, etc. but non compare. You can tell it's quality ingredients that have not sat all day. Group that in with phenomenal service and call me a regular. I'll be back mid June and look forward to going again. Lastly, it comes out quick so if you're in a bit of a hurry - they won't hold ya back.

I don't know how these guys are doing it, but their burgers/fries are probably the best I've ever had. My normal order is a triple patty melt rascals style (add rascals sauce and jalapenos with the onions) and a side of fries. fries are crispy and whatever seasoning they're using is stellar. Every bite of burger is a stairway to heaven. Could not recommend more.

Best decision I made all day was stopping here!!! Out of this world burger and the tots were delicious. Quick and kind service. Definitely will be back!!

Their children's burgers are adult sized! The Rascal smashburger is well made and absolutely epic! Their regular fries and tater tots are the size of a large from most other places. Their staff is super friendly and your order is cooked fresh from the order. The regular smashburger is a double patty delicious burger and you can get additional patties added. Love usual hot dogs? Get the Ripper Hot Dog, deep fried absolute goodness and it's no small hot dog punk, it's loaded and ready to fill you up. Located in a Big Red Food Truck in front of Community America Bank on Noland Rd, it's absolutely worth pulling over and trying. Highly Recommend!

Man. That's all I can say. I got the original smash burger (two patties), rascal style (their own sauce and jalapenos) with everything else on it (tomato, onion, pickle). One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. Definitely the best smashburger. The fries are amazing too. They have a homemade seasoning that is the bomb, and they are fried to perfection with that perfect flaky texture. Absolutely worth the stop if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back.
