This man is a complete scam artist. Took over $27,000 from me promising a 2 month build. After 5 months of waiting with little to no correspondence from him, I was contacted by the Indiana State Police. I am victim number 9 in a criminal case against him. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THIS MAN SAYS AND DEFINITELY DONT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY!!!

I paid Jimmy in June of 2021, and I should've gotten my food truck no later than November of 2021. He agreed to pay me back my funds after I drove to Indiana to confront him in October of 2022, but I've only gotten the run around from him ever since. He agreed to pay me half of my money back on January 29th via text message (a week ago), but I haven't heard from him since he sent me that text. He has put me in a financial hole, and I'm going to have to sue him to get my deposit back, and a year and a half of lost wages. Terrible business man!

This man has not called or sent pictures as was told in the meeting he lied only called when needed payment to go further with the truck building and parts. Made numerous times to reach out never received a call back. Now will seek legal actions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS SCAMMER! This company do not return calls take money .Do not do business with this company. Found out this man Sister is the judge in this small town brother n law is the sheriff. If you do sue him they will let him off because they know he is a Ponzi schemer.

Update: Truck requires a ton of maintenance, broken down all the time. Its been a nightmare. Absolutely do not do any business with this company. Jimmy is extremely uncommunicative, is not upfront about issues (instead will only tell you things after you constantly try to get in communication with him), and is dishonest with this clients. It has been three weeks since truck pick up and still no title has arrived, even through he said we would receive it within a week, week and a half at most. Got the title almost a month later.
