Noticed the food truck near my neighborhood in Spring, TX, and so I stopped to check it out. I ordered a seafood platter, and that first bite made me smile! The fish, shrimp, seasoned fries, and hush puppies were fried to perfection! And, that special tartar sauce, delish!!! I am very picky about my fish, and Houanas did not disappoint at all!, especially with the friendly service! Following on IG now! Lol

Service was great...nice, friendly and inviting. The FOOD was pretty damn good if I should say so myself. The Sausage, Shrimp and chicken pasta was absolutely amazing my #1 pick so far. The Wing were good and the Sweet Potato Pie🤤. I'm looking forward to sampling the entire menu.

This food truck was at my apartment today. I ordered wings and fries. The wings were too breaded and extra crispy. I didn’t feel there was much meat to it. The juice was too sweet for my taste. I would be open to giving something else a try though.

Very polite and welcoming. I purchased the Seafood Basket. Fish/Shrimp were a little salty. Other then that it was great. Will not stop me from coming. I need to try that Patton Sausage Sandwich. I haven’t had those sausage in years I normally get my boudin balls. Oh and whomever makes that PECAN PRALINE CANDY... AMAZING.... Thank You

This truck was in our apartments yesterday, my husband got both the cajun pasta and boudain for us to try. The pasta was delicious is has some spice to it & nice portions of sausage and chicken. The boudain was great it had chicken in it which was different but finished in minutes! Customer service was excellent and food was hot. I hope to see them again
