The shawarma was good but it’s 16$ for a palm length of shawarma. It’s on the pricier side for smaller quantity. Places like crave suya or empress cafe have better quantity for pay, nonetheless it was tasty.

Ordered the beef suya and chicken suya combo plates, which come with rice & plantain. Suya was bombbb - very flavorful & authentic! The rice & plantain were also great! This is a great business that I'll definitely patronize again. Staff members were very nice & respectful.

Bukka Island is the perfect Nigerian/African spot for authentic takeout! The food tastes just like home it’s rich, flavorful, and truly Nigerian. I’ll definitely be back again and again!

I order the food, because it was new to me, and i needed to look over their menu, plus I dont like wasting food, but the customer service was great. I donated to them though. So I'm satisfied. Support more black businesses.
