We had the papaya salad, pad si ew and panang curry. Everything was incredible and they have lao dishes too so the spice level is closer to lao (hotter) than thai in my experience. A Phenomenal stop.

Thank you for coming to enjoy our food! I’m glad that you love our food so much!!John Weaver
Lots of potential but nothing special and really expensive for Thai . I thought they would improve after the food truck but they didn’t. Last night was half dead and it took 41 minutes from the time or ordering to get the first plate of food delivered to the table and then an additional 17 minutes to get my wife’s plate out the kitchen. Their vegetarian and vegan options for a Thai restaurant are terrible. This is about the only Thai restaurant around so it is what it is but we can eat great Thai in Little Rock and if you have the time go further and pass on this place. Maybe after being in business for a while they will get some quality reviews and it will balance out. For now we will not bother eating here again because Eid how disappointing it was.

Excuse me sir! This page for “ Brina Thai - Laos (Food Truck) “ , it’s not restaurant. It’s not the same page and not the same owner, so if you need to let them know or review for restaurant you have to go the “ Brina Thai and Pho Restaurant “.Susan Cosby
Drive quickly to this Food Truck! The best Thai food that I have had in 5 years. Totally authentic! I had the Chicken Larb...incredible and the Mango and sticky rice..so excited that she served this!!! Fabulous food!

Mmmm the Tom Kha soup 🥰 This was the dish that blew my mind when I tried Thai for the first time. Brian Thai Laos food truck has a Tom Kha that totally took me back and tasted exactly how I was hoping for. This is a must have for me when having Thai, even in the ridiculously hot summers here. If I feel bad, this is a bowl of “mmm don’t talk to me I’m having a moment” kinda soup. Heaven. I decided to try the Tom Yum soup today (completely different) and wow. It was delicious too. This had more of a thinner broth, no coconut milk, and a good emphasis on lemon grass. Delicious. Also had to try the papaya salad and omg! Another winner. This is a very refreshing salad, and there’s a good amount that I was able to share. For a delicious, refreshing drink get the hibiscus tea. It’s iced and I actually added water to the ice when I got home because I wanted it to last longer it was that good 😅 If craving a delicious unique soup and light, refreshing salad, I recommend the Tom Kha, papaya salad, and the pad Thai for a shareable noodle dish. This is a great truck to visit. Also the drunken noodles were good fresh- not the next day. I’ve had better Pad Thai but still really good and flavorful.

It’s legit thai cuisine with even better service. From the West Coast and know a stellar thai place when I eat it :). Fantastic prices and portions with humble and kind owners. Perfect lunch and surprisingly in Benton Ar of all places. Shocked this place isn’t busier as it’s a hidden gem. Hope they stay around because I will be dining here often.
