Unlike anything in the area, this is serious cooking at a reasonable price. All four dishes our party had were excellent. The steak with Bearnaise sauce was done superbly; the broiled grouper was excellent. We have tried to find good seafood that is not fried - this is the first we have found. The Mac and Cheese with shrimp and crab meat was delicious, although the crab got a little lost. The shrimp and grits had perfectly-cooked shrimp, which you can find around here sometimes, but the grits were less than perfection. The service was good, although the server was filling in for the normal server, who was ill. She let us know she was a little out of practice, but she did fine. The ambiance is, well, not for a first date. Go there for the food with someone you know well, and you will get a first-rate meal for $40 - $50 per person.

I will start by saying the food is incredible. Like genuinely blow-your-mind good. The Brussels sprouts were a highlight. So was the flour-less chocolate cake. Don't let the location turn you off. It's in a reused old folks home cafeteria. I swear this adds to the charm. The place is clean, safe, comfortable, all the things needed for a good restaurant. Prices were reasonable and servings large. 10/10 would happily wait out bingo night here.

First visit and we'll be back. The burger was good and I appreciate both that it was hand-pattied and not a smash burger. Wife had the gyro, which was also good- just not the best around. Next test will probably be the reuben, but again there is great local competition. We're also booze drinkers, so just beer and wine didn't fully satisfy our afternoon pursuits. Chris, the chef/owner, was cordial and accessible, also a plus.

Fabulously prepared food with all fresh ingredients from the ocean TODAY! It is a small place with charm. Chris creates some fabulous flavor pairings with the ingredients he gets that day and is excited to talk about his creations. Our server, Becca, was a lot of fun too despite teaming up with my wife to pick on me about how slow I was sipping my wine. Truly a great place. We will be back.

Quiet Wednesday at Fusion Blue Bistro was a perfect time to try out the cuisine. What a great experience. I had the ahi which was seared and seasoned perfectly. The broccoli and coconut jasmine rice delicious. The chef and owner is personable and an excellent chef. Crystal took great care of our table and was nice as well as friendly. I highly recommend Fusion Blue Bistro and Chef Chris. Thank you for the meal and the conversation.
