**UPDATE** So, apparently, they have some new workers on the truck... 1. Pulled up and 1 lady was in the truck while 2 women sat behind the truck on a smoke break. We parked at the tail end of the truck where the back door is. One woman went back in while the other woman went to move her car. Afterwards, she went into the food truck and just started handling the fries without even washing her hands -- we had a clear view straight into the back end of the food truck and could see her very clearly. Didn't wash her hands and had no gloves on. We went home and throw away the fries and took our chances on the sandwiches,, hoping the other women that prepped em washed their hands. 2. I always get an extra side of aioli to dip my fries in. The aioli didn't taste very garlicky at all and it had a weird yellow tint ... I kept wondering if what I had was something with mustard in it?? 3. Omg the sandwiches were FAT. We usually embrace a well portioned sando but this was so full we wondered if the owners were aware they were losing out on food cost... The meat was really excessive... and we eat here regularly so we know what the usual servings look like. And it was midday, so not like they had to get rid of what they had to close up for the day. We also got different meats in our sandos; they were all waaay overly stacked. Wish I had remembered to take pictures. New team members are questionable. Please have them wear gloves when handling food. Docking points for service and atmosphere due to uncleanliness ORIG REVIEW (summer 2025) Cheesy fries - I expected soft, creamy cheese but it was regular cheese just melted on top. Fries are hard to pull apart when the cheese congeals. And idk that many people wanna eat congealed cheese anyway? Philly cheesesteak - pretty good. Could use some green peppers but it's good! And seasoned well! And the bread didn't get soggy either. Plain fries - good and crispy. Not soaked in oil. If you're tired of the Hawaiian plates, Asian food, or fast food around here, this is definitely worth checkin out! I, personally, will be returning.

Sad & Disappointing! We rolled up after the gym, starving, hoping for a solid lamb gyro. Instead, we got a pita with basically no meat, just a bunch of raw onions and flavorless tomatoes. To top it off, the lady taking our order seemed like we were ruining her day just by showing up. Fries were the only saving grace. If you’re in the mood for a gyro with actual meat and a smile, I’d go somewhere else.

We love going here. I avoided it because the idea of Duck fat was odd, but the crisp and flavor is incredible! We could eat their fries every day. The Gyro is also SO good. The service is superb. Today when I went to get my order the employee felt my fries were not crisp enough so made a new batch. That is true service.

Got the philly and fries. The Philly was pretty tasty, but the fries stole the show. A nice crisp with enough salt to balance the flavor. Would definitely come back to try another sandwich and get more fries.

This great little food truck serves up really good gyro! The meat is amazingly flavored and delicious. It's right by a cute little park so you can pick up your food and grab a picnic table or a bench. We will be back to try more of their menu items.
