If you're looking for authentic Latin food that hits all the right notes, Nuevo Amanecer Food Truck is a must-try! The moment I stepped up to the truck, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of deliciously seasoned food, and it only got better from there. The menu is packed with incredible options, offering everything from flavorful tacos to hearty platters. I decided to go with the tacos (pollo y asada), and I was blown away by how juicy and perfectly seasoned the meat was. The tortillas were soft and fresh, and each taco was topped off with just the right amount of cilantro and onions, making every bite an absolute delight. For something extra, I also tried the Baleadas Sencilla, and let me tell you, it was the perfect combination of beans, rice, and a touch of creaminess that just melted in my mouth. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality you're getting.

Tried this food truck on a whim and was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. We opted for the chicken and cheese pupusas and quesadilla mixture. Both options were amazing! Definitely recommend.

The pupusas are fantastic here! They were fluffy and fresh, the salsas were delicious, and it was incredibly affordable. I was most impressed by how kind and caring the lady was. She served me and was very attentive unlike I've ever experienced at a food truck. Definitely check them out!
