I used to like this place. They used to serve BIG quesadillas full of toppings for a reasonable price. Today on Cinco de Mayo, I visited for a quesadilla, and this is what they gave me for $12. They consider this “big”. It’s small and worth no more than $5. Pathetic. I’m SO disappointed. Get more for your money and go somewhere else. This place is not the same like it used to be.

We recently moved from Texas and we're looking for a taste of home. We found Tacos Santa Rosa quite by accident. We are so grateful we found it! Best quesadilla we ever put in our mouths. I went back and got a second one even though I was stuffed. Tacos Santa Rosa is a food truck in the parking lot of a convenience store. Please note they are cash only, but there is an ATM inside of the convenience store. Not sure when they actually open, but they close at 7 pm and are closed on Sunday. From what we were told, the cook/owner is from Mexico and the food truck is an independent business from the convenience store. They make authentic Mexican food, which is very hard to find in Greenville. We have visited almost every Mexican restaurant in the town and most have pretty, over priced, South American food, that tastes nothing like true Mexican food. So whether you need a taste of home or want to try real Mexican food, I highly recommend Tacos Santa Rosa.
