They asked me to consider a higher review, heres my thing. Customer service is 60 percent of the order. Food is only a part of the total experience. I will say they definatley got the best wings on post, the customer service was definatley friendly. Things that I still think are fails. No way to track an online order, well you would if the tracker was accurate. No cancel options online The box to talk to someone legit said it would contact me in a few hours after I asked about my order since I couldnt call them because the phone numb on the google page was out of service as well as the number on the order tracker. So youre left wondering if your order even went to them. 100 percent of their problems can be fixed by hiring a better web designer and just updating info. But for solid food and customer service. Ill give it a solid three stars

The loaded fries were bigger than expected and every bite was delicious. The service was friendly and fairly quick.

The pizza is really good. They recently updated the dough that they use and you can tell, definitely the best pizza on base. The workers here are also very well trained in their customer service.

We had stopped ordering Gridiron because it went down hill! We recently saw they went back to fresh dough! So we tried it again, and the fresh dough made all the difference! It's awesome again!
