Order the Chicken Gyro and fries while the white Fox food truck was at the local hospital today. Couldn't believe how big the portion sizes were, food was cooked fresh to order both the Gyro and fresh fries were delicious. Looking forward to trying more menu items in the future.

Stumbled onto this gem at Absolem Cider. We had lamb chops with herbs, lemon, and side of fries and it was delicious! Portions were generous, we split it between two people. Very reasonable pricing for the quality and portions. Lamb was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and tender. I am gluten free and they were knowledgeable about what was safe for me. Hand cut fries were some of the best we have had. Will look out for this food truck again!

Don’t make the same mistake I made thinking that the fries will make the 20 minute ride home - nope! With the best intentions, I put them on the floor of the backseat of my car. Long story short, they’re like the sirens in the Odyssey, the smell will fill your car and you will not be able to stop putting them in your mouth! I was definitely in some sort of dreamland trance. If you haven’t been to this place, run don’t walk. Ridiculously delicious food! I got the chicken wrap and some fries - a little more about the fries: hand cut, double fried, crispy (not soggy) so many places get hand cut fries wrong, not this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu is so incredibly fresh and tasty. The chicken gyro is my favorite menu item 😁 Look forward to eating here whenever they are in town!

Good beer/brewery accompanying food. This food truck bounces between different breweries in the Farmington area and typically posts on their social media will be at. Some good hearty fries, both Cajun and regular. Really good gyros. Would definitely order from their food truck again.
