Was craving for something spicy and got what I wanted their Nashville chicken sandwich was one of the best I had, for the price great quantity and was made fresh to order. Loaded chicken fries were absolutely banger, the sauce had magic filled with so much flavour I cannot describe. Must try if you are in the area.

I was just driving by and randomly stopped because I was craving a burger, and wow I’m genuinely glad I did. I got the Mada Burger and the loaded chicken fries, and both were SO good. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and tasted way better than I expected from a random stop. The loaded chicken fries were honestly addictive — crispy fries, cheese, chicken, sauce… everything worked together perfectly. But what really made the experience stand out was the owner. He was incredibly warm and friendly, and we ended up talking for a while while my food was being made. Since I’m Chinese, he told me I was actually the first Chinese customer they’ve had, and he wanted my opinion on their lo mein, so he generously made me a free order to try. And honestly? The lo mein was REALLY good. Super fragrant, rich, smoky, and packed with flavor. You can tell it was cooked with real care and strong wok flavor. It was slightly salty for my personal taste, but still seriously delicious. You can tell these people genuinely care about their food and customers. One of the best random food stops I’ve had in a long time.

Flavor is 10/10 for the lo mein and sweet & sour chicken. Also tried the Mada burger and it was delicious. They make everything fresh to order. There’s a parking lot where you can park while you wait. Definitely would come back.

If you're like me, you may initially be iffy about the fact that they offer a wide variety of cuisines, but let me assure you that they have narrowed in on very specific dishes from each one and honed them to a razor's edge. This place makes better general gao chicken and sweet & sour chicken than most Chinese spots I've been to —straight up puts them to shame. Each piece is lathered in that sweet savory sauce while maintaining maximum crispness. Extremely satisfying texture and taste, ready to bless your senses. Their lo mein is as legit as possible without being house made noodles, and pairs perfectly with those two peak chicken dishes. Their mada burger also goes super hard as one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. Juicy, flavorful meat, stacked with the freshest veggies, melted cheese, and their deliciously unique signature sauce. Halal smash burgers hit different, and Hallelujah for that! The fries are super addicting too —spiced, savory, and a hint of sweetness. The guys who run this spot are very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to this delicious gem among food trucks! ***EDIT*** I just had their Nashville chicken sandwich, and legit, it was THE best chicken sando I've ever had thus far. The outside was insanely crispy and packed with that goodgood seasoning; the inside was tender and juicy white meat (which makes it even more impressive); and the slaw, toppings, and sauce combination pulled it all together masterfully. This, my friends, is a master class in the art of the beloved chicken sando. It had me singing praises to The Most High with each bite. Also, I can't stress enough how friendly the guys that run this food truck are. I ordered ahead of time online and couldn't find an option to order a side of mada sauce, so I got a side of ketchup and mayo instead. When I pulled up, homie told me he packed me mada sauce instead as if he read my mind. Perfection. I'm now a regular. *******EDIT******** The loaded chicken fries are INsANe. Literally the same chicken they use in the Nashville sando. Literally THE best fried chicken in the world. I cannot stress that enough. From flavors to textures —perfection. This is truly loaded, and not just volume wise, but flavor wise as well. Every ingredient used compliments the rest. Share this with someone you love unless you a real big back type of hungry. I love this food truck. Praise the Lawd!

Greeted by a Hijabi sister in a food truck. Excellent spot for burgers and more. I tried both the Mada Burger and Cheeseburger and they were super flavorful, juicy, and you can really tell they care about the quality of ingredients. Everything is HALAL and not overly greasy, which makes a big difference. The flavors are bold but clean. We also had the General Gao chicken. Loved the sauce, really tasty. Personally, I would have preferred thigh fillet over breast since small breast pieces can get a tad dry, but I get that they’re going for a healthier angle, which I actually appreciate. The fries were solid too. Could have used a touch more salt, but the spice mix they use on it is superb and makes up for it. You can tell they put thought into even the little things. The birria and consume was a nice surprise, something that’s been missing in the HALAL food scene around Boston. Still not quite at the level of what we have had in NYC, but definitely moving in the right direction. Props to them for bringing it to the menu. Will definitely come back to try more from the menu, inshaAllah!
