The breakfast sandwich at Only Yolking may have been the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had! I had the 'green eggs and ham' pesto sandwich, it was messy and incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere is wonderful... Make sure you check out the squirrel table.

Excellent food trucks here including El Nopalito Mexico City cuisine. Some of the best Mexican food in Eugene without doubt.
