This food truck is a gem in Estes Park! Best burger of my life and insanely good homemade sauces. Loved those buffalo tots too. Nice to get some spicy kick when you are ordering spicy- not always the case at other places. You can tell how much care and attention is spent developing these recipes. Incredibly friendly service to top it all off. Can't wait to come back! 🔥😎

We had Johnny’s Good Eating Food Truck while hanging out at The Barrel, and it was hands down the best food we’ve had in Estes Park. We ordered smash burgers and tater tots, and everything came out fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Their house sauce was seriously delicious and tied everything together. We’re in from Houston, and to be honest we haven’t been too impressed with Colorado food overall—but this burger and the loaded tots were as good as it gets anywhere. We had it at The Barrel, which is a very comfortable, kid-friendly bar, so I’d definitely recommend hitting up both while you’re here. Can’t wait to come back and try more from Johnny’s next time we’re in town.

Whenever we come to town, we always go out of our way to hit Johnny's for smash burgers. They are legitimately the best smash burger I’ve ever had, consistently, year after year. Chris is passionate and a master at what he does. Highly recommend for all visitors to Estes, check his site for where his truck will be. I had Hula Style, two smash patties, pepper jack, and pineapple pico. My husband had traditional, two smash patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato. I love He serves tots instead of fries. We usually share a basket of tots and take some home. If you're really hungry, add the Johnny Tots, which are kind of a take on totchos. Check that beautiful lacy edge on those patties. 🤌🏼

There are few places in Estes where the food and service exceed expectations. Everything was on point and this quickly became our go to burger stop. The food is fresh and done to perfection. The owner is awesome and the service is top flight. Not so hidden gem!
