I went with my daughter and wife and we had the worst experience in our lives. We ordered chilli chicken, masala dosa, and a masala chai. I wish i could give this food truck a 0 stars. The food was smelly and it tasted like it was spoiled and it was not cooked properly. The chicken seems like it was kept in a freezer for weeks or days. The masala from the dosa was smelly. The food took so long if was like a 40min wait and no customers.

I recently visited Amrutha Food Truck and had a delightful experience. The quality and quantity of food were impressive. We ordered Onion Rava dosa and Upma Dosa, both were good, chutney and sambar were also good. The service was excellent. The person serving us was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to make sure our order was perfect and that we were happy with our food. Overall, Amrutha Food Truck is a fantastic spot for anyone craving south indian tiffins, would recommend!

One of the worst places I’ve even been. 1. The food was spoilt - we ordered masala dosa, samosa and chicken 65 Dosa was average(the potato inside the dosa was really bad), samosa was good but chicken 65 was stinky and was spoiled. 2. The service is genuinely bad - The person inside was sleeping and woke up when we went. When I spoke to the customer service about the attitude of the person who took the order , she mention that this is a food truck , there is no customer service here “you should just order online and go pick it up. How can you expect customer service here . This is not a dine in, this is a food truck ” these were her exact words. 3. When I asked for refund she asked us to come all the way back to the food truck and show them the food then they will give the refund for chicken. 4. I spoke to them about the smell , she said it’s because of rain. This is so far one of the worst places I’ve ever been to . No one should ever have food here and If you do you’ll definitely regret going there.

Dear Customer, The first clarifications you are from the competitor. Because blaming raining smell. Don't blame the false message after eating the food. When outside raining you are blaming first raining smell coming. How can we control the nature raining smell. No one have that capacity to control the nature raining smell. Don't intentionally blame small business people in the raining also the Cook inside served many orders. They are eating in front of the food truck in the same raining. He served the same food to all that day. Rest the person who's standing all day and serving the food even in raining. Don't put false message.Veerendhar Reddy
The food is good but the price is very high for add ons. If the price is little lower then it would be worth for it.

Had an experience at Amruta food truck; food was average. Disappointed as they promised free filter coffee on Facebook, but it wasn't given initially. After requesting, got half a cup on two orders. Suggesting honesty in promises for better customer satisfaction.
