This was the first time I’ve been to a restaurant, tried various multiple dishes, and was blown away with each one of them! The food is incredible and 100% authentic Indian Marathi food. Honestly, every dish we tried waa perfect. We had Vada pav, Sev-Potato-Dahi-Puri, pav bhaji, Sabudhana vada, shezwan paneer, the gochujang tofu, and mango lassi. Each dish was as impressive as the next. I also appreciate that it’s a no-frills restaurant, that everything was compostable, and that the owner open (Jyoti) was in the kitchen and preparing the food. We were fortunate to chat with her (lovely woman who is very passionate about making creative dishes). Would love to see the community support local businesses like this!

I like to frequent food trucks at the local taprooms. Thought it was interesting to see an Indian food truck listed today. Generally I like Indian flavors but they tend to be vegetarian in my experience and kind of an odd taproom selection. I talked to one of my co workers who had been to the restaurant and she said it was good and that they had non veg options. Never would have guessed Indian catfish tacos. I will make it a point to find these again, unbelievable taste.

The Muddy Tiger Indian Food Truck came to Canterbury Park for their Father's day weekend food truck festival, and I had the Samosas from here. I thought that they were great. They had a great filling inside with flavorful spices with just a tiny bit of kick to them. They were hot and fresh. The sauce that came with them was also very flavorful and tasty. They were out of all the specialty drinks they offer. I really wanted to try one.

We got a mango lassi and tawa chicken sandwich here at the Hopkins Food Truck yesterday, and both were quite delicious!
