Traveling J’s delivers an exceptional catering experience from start to finish. Justin approaches every menu with care, creativity, and a clear respect for both flavor and presentation, and it shows in every detail. The menu was beautifully executed. The shaved fennel salad with grapefruit was bright, balanced, and refreshing, a perfect opening course. The root vegetables were thoughtfully prepared and deeply flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were rich, comforting, and impeccably seasoned. The braised beef short ribs were the standout. Incredibly tender, deeply savory, and cooked with a level of precision that is rarely seen in catered meals. Paired with bread and butter, the entire meal felt cohesive, elevated, and intentional. Justin is also a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, accommodating of dietary preferences, and follows up personally to ensure the experience exceeds expectations. His commitment to excellent food and genuine customer service sets Traveling J’s apart. I would recommend Justin without hesitation.

The harissa marinated fried chicken was delicious, perfectly juicy with incredible flavor. The super-crispy garlic cilantro fries were just as impressive. They were light, crunchy, and packed with fresh, fragrant seasoning. Highly recommended!

We finally had the opportunity to try Traveling J’s and as expected - It was delicious! Nice job Chef Justin! All fresh ingredients, full of flavor and generous portions. Elevated Middle Eastern specialties. Your passion for food shows through each dish. Awesome Cheese Sandwich, salads, fries, falafel, everything! (Yes, we bought extras to bring home lol. And yes, I had to take a bite first …). Definitely not your average food truck! Can’t wait till next time!

Was looking forward to trying Traveling J's & I loved, loved their food! Falafel meal -- everything was so fresh, and was more than satisfying portions. I enjoyed the middle eastern salad side over 3 meals (perfect, refreshing side for summer). Best falafel I've had. Also got the halloumi cheese -- so nicely done, and the pomegranate-cherry sauce was the perfect complement. I had this wonderful food from Traveling J's at the Milanof-Schock Library in Mount Joy on one of their summertime food truck Thursdays, on 7/17.

My husband and I had Traveling J’s last night and we do not regret it! We were a little apprehensive at first because of the price but you get what you pay for! The portions are huge and filling! I had the Doner Kebab and he had the Harissa fried chicken sandwich (I’m getting that next time) and a huge side of fries with the order! The gentleman running it was super friendly!
