We had such a great experience with the food from Emma’s while at Castle Danger Brewery! Our favorites were the eggs rolls which appeared to be hand wrapped and the cheese curds. We’ll definitely make a point to stop wherever this food truck is the next time we’re on the North Shore.

If the man taking my order would’ve been the one handling my food after wiping his armpits maybe my food would've had a little cumin flavor. My supreme nachos tasted of only white onion and the liquid cheese was lukewarm. I save my money to go out on special occasions and to pay $15 for that type of food and tip someone who made me feel like I was an inconvenience for spending money there is disappointing and sad. I know I could get burnt by a truck offering such a variety of food but I took a chance anyway and was disappointed.

Delightful cooking! We've experienced Emma's cooking before realizing she had a food truck, but the food is wonderful at the truck. Egg rolls loaded with cabbage and carrots, panko-crusted cheese curds, freshly-fried fries and steaming shawarma. One of the better food trucks in the region, and good for the price at that! It's worth it if you catch her truck stopped somewhere.
