Absolutely love the option to get the sandwich fixins over top of potatoes. China Cat was so full of flavors that I didn't want it to stop. Highly recommend!

Make sure you check them out usually on Friday nights at confluence. Fantastic food truck in DSM one of the best. The pork is tender and delicious. The homemade hot sauce are perfect for anyone even those who don’t like too much spiciness but likes flavor in their hot sauce. In season menu always adding new items based on that so get your favs while in season. The menu is simple and I like that allows them to focus on quality vs quantity. I love their new option to serve your favorite sandwich over potatoes!
