We waited in line at Westy Fest for roughly half an hour, anticipating a warm bowl of Macaroni and Cheese to comfort us in the cold. What we got was a cold abomination of watered down disappointment. The noodles were unseasoned, any cheese sauce that may have been in the noodles sat sadly at the bottom while the shredded cheese stubbornly kept it's shape and temp despite our efforts to will the noodles to a temp that would melt it. Then, there's the 2$ upcharge for the canned green chilis, which to be fair was the only flavor coming from the dish. But hey, the tots were good.

Very disappointing. I saw on a picture menu that they had a vegan option but didn't see it on their menu in person so I asked for clarification. The cashier mentioned that the Chile option was vegan. We waited for 15 minutes and upon picking up, I asked which was vegan and they said neither and they don't have vegan options. It was a waste of time and money but they at least refunded the entire order. That said, the Mac and cheese that the other two in our group had were underwhelming. I wouldn't bother ordering from here.

One of the best decisions we made for a combined graduation party - tons of compliments on the food, friendly and quick staff in the truck, and excellent communication leading up to the event. Showed up on time, ready to roll at serving time, and chatted through the event to ensure we were on track for our budgeted amount of food. Highly recommend!

These guys stopped by our apartment complex today. Good mac and cheese. I went with the “classic”. The mozzarella sticks were good too.
