This food truck is well worth the drive if you love elotes. They have it on the cob and in a cup with all the traditional extras. The best, though, is the baked potato filled with elotes - go early though as the potatoes go fast. Amazing comfort food at an amazing price! Gracias por tu incredeíble y deliciousa cocina 🙏🏻

We've been getting elotes potatoes from him for YEARS! I grew up with these! We've followed him from his original location to here! A street food classic 💛 We brought friends from California here & they LOVED IT! Creamy, ridiculously soft roasted potato paired with roasted corn & all the fixings! The perfect papas elotes. A Denver Little Saigon-Mexico staple through & through :-)
