Awesome sandwich food truck that stops by 3rd planet periodically. Their Cuban sandwich is delicious and has so much meat on it and is so decadent. They said they are known for their Cuban and they are correct. It is delicious.

Big Flavor from a “Small” Food Truck with Big-Hearted Owners We stopped by Ledbetters "Small" Food Truck while they were set up at Last Stop Brew Vault in DeFuniak Springs, and we were seriously impressed! We tried the Big Dan, and it was phenomenal—rich, cheesy, and full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. The layers of pulled pork and smoked sausage made it hearty and seriously satisfying. We also had the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, and it was just as amazing—crispy, spicy, and perfectly balanced with creamy ranch and melted cheese. Every bite was packed with flavor. We shared everything between the three of us and still had leftovers, which says a lot about the portion sizes and value! We also had the chance to chat with the owner/operators, Kevin & Paula, and they are truly down-to-earth folks who care deeply about their community and take real pride in serving excellent food with exceptional service. This veteran-owned food truck is the real deal—great people, generous portions, and unforgettable flavor. If you see them set up at Last Stop Brew Vault, don’t miss the chance to try them. We’ll definitely be back!

Found these folks when we visited Chipley Station for the first time. During the first visit, we tried the Gyro, which was delicious and slap full. Next visit tried the Cuban sandwich, which was quite large and amazing! Nice, friendly folks with a passion for the business, fair prices, generous portions. Will be back for sure.

We discovered Ledbetters at Chipley Station. We went last night and AGAIN today!!! The staff/owners are GREAT! The food was outstanding! Bacon on Brownies??? Bacon and cashews on flatbread??? OF COURSE! They are delicious! Their menu is fairly extensive, try them out at Chipley Station Wednesday through Sunday.
