Excellent. Clean and authentic. Tried several times when her truck was located at tractor supply in Morristown. Never disappointed.

My brother, sister, and I stopped to try this place while it was set up at Tractor Supply in Morristown. The young woman was so sweet and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The food was delicious! We ordered almost everything on the menu to try between us all and it did not disappoint! Even the shredded carrots in the Rice Dish had great flavor. We will be back to get more!

So.Good. This place is outstanding. The Bahn Mi is better than anything on the West Coast. Heady claims, but try it and see. Clean, cute truck has all the essentials: Rice vermicelli, coconut jelly, pork buns (remember to peel it) spring and egg rolls plus traditional drinks and desserts. Check their Facebook and Instagram page for locations all around East Tennessee. Best Vietnamese around and it's on wheels to come near you.

The presentation was beautiful the portion was plenty enough to be filling and most importantly the flavor was incredibly tasty. I don’t know what the cost was bc my husband brought it home as a surprise but he did say that he was impressed at how the lady fixing the plate was so intentional when preparing my plate…. So so good!! This is a Must Try for anyone that enjoys fresh clean international cuisine
