I invited my extended family from overseas to come visit me, my husband, and my kids at our home in Dallas, and when there's people, there should be food! However, food prep isn't really our thing. Thankfully, Food Truck Connector came to our rescue in finding the perfect food truck that would accomodate my family. I'm originally from the Middle East, so I chose a food truck that offered flavors my family are familiar with, and I got one of the best food trucks ever! We indulged in the most delectable shawarma and falafel wraps, packed with fresh veggies and tender chicken. The ingredients were top-notch, and the sauces, especially the hummus, were exceptional. And don't get me started on the baklava – it was a sweet ending to our food truck adventure. I'd also like to mention that the staff at Food Truck Connector was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got our desired cuisine. Thanks to Food Truck Connector, our gathering was a culinary delight!
