I recently discovered this spot with the fam! We’ve tried the tacos, nachos, sopes, and tortas — to-go, dining outside, and through DoorDash. I love their flavor and all the extras they provide, like salsas and side toppings. We also love their drink truck! We stopped by today and noticed it was redone in preparation for their restaurant opening. We DO love the outdoor seating, so I hope they keep at least a table outside!🤞 😉

Los Charritos Food Truck is what happens when tacos reach their final, perfect form. 🌮💥 These are the kind of tacos that make you forget your phone, your plans, and possibly your name. One bite in and your brain goes, “Yep… this is the correct life choice.” The meat is juicy, the seasoning is on point, the tortillas are warm and cooperative (no tragic taco collapse), and the toppings show up ready to work. Every taco is built like it knows it has a reputation to protect. Portions are generous, flavors are loud, and regret is nowhere in sight except for not ordering more. Official, unbiased, extremely serious opinion: Los Charritos has the best street tacos in all of Council Bluffs. End of discussion. Case closed. 🏆🌮 Eat here once and suddenly every other taco has some explaining to do.

First time eating ever eating here! Quesabirria was delicious (and perfectly crisp) and the horchata was great too. Consomme could have had a little more flavor to it (mostly tasted like beef broth and a little on the salty side) but I assume they add extra broth to help better serve customers and keep their menu open (for things like their birria RAMEN) Will definitely be back to try more things from their menu.

This taco truck is awesome! Their burritos are seriously great—packed with flavor and always satisfying. Friendly service and quick turnaround, too. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something tasty!
