Two words: Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I set up at the Mansfield Toy Show and was absolutely starving by the time the show was underway. The B Mobile was set up outside along with a few other food trucks, and although the other trucks had some good-looking food that was cheaper, for some reason the Shrimp & Grits were calling my name. I was a little worried I'd be disappointed in my selection (I'd only ever had grits one other time), but holy cow were my expectations absolutely blown away! The grits were SO creamy and cheesy and flavorful, and the shrimp was plump and juicy and delicious. My kids kept making fun of me, because I couldn't stop raving about how delicious my food was every time I took a bite. The portion size was also great; I ate half at the show and it kept me full well until dinner time, and I'm eating the other half now as I write this. Even reheated in the microwave, it's tasty and satisfying, and I'm sad my bowl is now empty. Not sure when I'll be back in their area, but I will definitely be following their social media pages, and hope to be in their vicinity again soon! Thank you so much for an amazing meal! ETA: Apparently they were also out of towners, and are actually in my area quite often. YAY!!!!! See ya soon, guys! 😃🦐

The B Mobile is one of my favorite spots. The food is always seasoned so well and savory to soul. The owner is a pleasure to talk to even in their high volume times. My food never disappoints. I wish every spot could be this on point!
