I got the carnitas burrito and it was not good it was stuffed full of rice but the worst thing about it was the pork that was just pure gristle in every bite . Very disappointed maybe the beef might be better

Huge portions! Nice guy. How is this so yummy? I appreciate that he packed it up so well. Worth the wait - i could hear him cooking my meat and making the burritos fresh

An unassuming authentic Mexican food truck that provides massive food portions and vegetarian options (could also be made vegan minus cheese). The burrito I had was HUGE I mean I could've made 4 meals out of it and for $15, plus how delicious it was, it was totally worth it. Plus the guy running the truck was so sweet and friendly.

I was in the mood for tamales. I had gone by this truck many times. So I looked up the reviews and they were all pretty good. So I gave it a try. I wanted pork tamales, but they didn’t have any. They only had chicken and chicken with jalapeños. So I gave those a try. I ordered the tamale plate. I got one of each. The tamale plate also came with rice. First the tamales had no chicken in them. The one had a little bit of cheese on the inside and the other one had a bit of jalapeños and a little bit of cheese. They were covered with a ton of cheese. I was not very happy. I had taken the cheese off the top. The masa was good, but I was disappointed if I had not been so hungry, I would’ve not eaten the tamales. The rice on the other hand was horrible. It had a weird flavor, and it was very very salty.

These were the best tacos we’ve had in a long time! This place is 100% where you want to stop if you’re swinging through Colorado Springs or by Garden of the Gods. The tacos are delicious and authentic, made with fresh ingredients and classic toppings. A little lime, onion and cilantro. Food made fresh for you. Grab a Jarritos or Mexican Coca Cola to refresh you. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you’re getting, and the gentlemen serving the food is incredibly kind. 5+ stars and would highly recommend! Hope to make it back some day.
