Holy delicious food! Our company used Mark to cater our company event and it was PERFECT! The brisket was so tender and flavorful, pulled pork was ON POINT, green beans and baked beans were savory and the Mac and Cheese WOW. Let's not forget the amazing flavor of sauces. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. They were responsive, professional, and very organized. 100% using them again!

I got a brisket sandwich for 12 bucks. The brisket meat was very tasty and cooked with care, but the sandwich was very small in a super tiny square container and not worth what I paid. I was expecting a lot of brisket on a Kaiser roll for 12 bucks. Meal prices have already increased significantly and this is only the second time that the food truck has been open. Pulled pork sandwiches are 10 bucks, Pulled pork meals are 14 bucks, brisket sandwiches are 12 bucks and brisket meals are 16 bucks. I wanted a brisket meal, but there was no way that I was going to pay 16 bucks for a brisket sandwich and some Mac and Cheese and baked beans. I needed to buy 3 meals for my family and that would have costed me 48 bucks. I had already spent 36 bucks on just the three brisket sandwiches. Think about it. I could have gotten a very good quality filling meal at a restaurant for my family for 48 bucks or got a whole brisket to cook myself for 48 bucks. I was still hungry after eating the 12 dollar brisket sandwich and so were the other two people in my party that had one. The food is tasty, but you will not get your fill. You can get a chicken quarter for 6 bucks on the menu, but that makes the whole chicken 24 bucks! Its a one and done for me and another example of price gouging, in my opinion. No hype here, just the facts. This is a real review, 100 percent legit. I tell it like it is. Don't get caught up in the hype. You can get more for your money anywhere else. It's going to be a slow day for this food truck if they set up at the same location more than once. Prices have to be reasonable in order to have large numbers of repeat customers. I am all about patronizing local businesses, but feeling taken advantage of is not a feeling that I like and thats the bottom line.
