La Bamba is one of my go-to lunch spots! Their burritos are always solid, and I love their Wed's special Puerto Rican shrimp and chicken skewers. Their spicy salsa is also the bomb! Great kick and really adds to everything I've tried. Staff is super friendly and great service!

Get there on Wednesday and order the special. Delicious Puerto Rican food! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. We also got sopes and an asada burrito. Both were so tasty. Easily the best burrito in town.

Amazing sopes and salsa. Had the birria and asada and both were amazing. Chips and salsa were really good too. Also had the coconut horchata that wasn’t overly sweet or chalky. There are only a couple of tables rn so seating is limited but I think they’re just getting started.

Giddy up!! These tacos are fire!! The Birria is so flavorful and delicious. Their quesabirria is the kind of cheesy, juicy masterpiece that makes you wonder if you should start eating tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday. And the hot salsa? Made me cry tears of joy and pain. So good! On top of that, they are a really sweet family bringing absolute taco joy to Chico. Welcome to town and thanks for bringing good tacos in your suitcases!
