I visited @thebistrofoodtruck for the first time today, and it certainly lived up to the hype! I ordered a five-tender and sweet potato tots for $13.11. The sweet potato tots were absolutely incredible. They had a perfectly crispy and savory exterior, with a soft and sweet potato center that melted in my mouth. The chicken tenders were also delicious, crispy, and the honey garlic sauce was simply phenomenal. I also had the strawberry shortcake drink. Which is the best strawberry lemonade I’ve had. I’m glad they were at the strawberry festival!

Ran into them at their food truck during the Kitchen Incubator Grad Party. Excellent food (Birria fries, cauliflower wings). And don’t skip the biscoff pudding. It’s divine.

The Bistro Food Truck is AMAZING!!! Everything was out of this world. Our only regret is not getting double. You cannot find better food truck tacos. RUN, don’t walk. Your tastebuds will thank you.

I have the pleasure of having a private meal catered by Chef Cornelius and it did not disappoint. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection, the Asparagus still had a crunch, the Mashed Potatoes were perfect texture and dessert was another level! Than you for hearing my request and caring out the vision of what I wanted my food to be!!
