Been wanting to try this spot for months now, finally came in and did not disappoint. Wasn't feeling to hungry for the plates but wanted to grab an empanada to go. The crust was so flaky and soft on the inside. The chicken was seasoned just right. I will be back to try the beef ones and alot more. Strongly recommend if your in the area.

I absolutely loved it! The vinegar spicy base for the veggies was refreshing and a new way to eat fresh veggies. I've had the stewed and the fried goat and both were phenomenal. Goat can be a hard meat to cook because it can become tough or taste gamey, but both ways they cooked it was amazing and it was so tender and moist. You also cannot go wrong with beans and rice and some fried plantains 👌

Drove a solid 45 minutes from home and I will definitely be back! I drove so far because I was tired of the places in Phoenix, either giving me attitude, being questionably dirty, or both! I called ahead to order and they were really polite, professional, and friendly on the phone. I was warmly greeted when I arrived to the food truck and my meal was hot and ready for take-out. Portion sizes were favorable and all pricing was more than fair! It was meticulously clean inside and I felt safe eating food from there. Definitely do not mind traveling for a great experience!

I was referred to this Haitian Cuisine food truck from a friend and might I say I was not disappointed. The food made me feel like I was in back home in my mother’s dinning room eating. Everything was fresh and tasty some of the food was made to order. Bennette of who is the cook, was absolutely wonderful and made my experience perfect. Bebe’s Caribbean Cuisine has a lifetime customer. If you haven’t been you have to check it out!!!
